Returns, exchanges, and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible defective or non-defective items. Items must be new; non-defective items must be unused and in their original condition.

We accept eligible exchanges. Contact us for approval before mailing a return. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may require additional time to post it.
